HOW DO I.... OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ?
We operate a written
repeat prescription system to keep the phone free for emergencies and to prevent
mistakes. Repeat prescriptions can also be faxed to us on 553632. The prescription
can be obtained either in person, by chemist collection service or by post, in
which case you should enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice (excluding
weekends) and more if possible if posting as there can be delays in the post. Please do not ask the doctor to
write repeat prescriptions during consultations - this reduces the time they have to spend with other
patients.
