Following the below message from earlier today. Our phone line issues should now be resolved & apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
**We are aware of an issue with our phone lines today, we are trying to resolve this as soon as possible & have raised an incident with our phone operator. In the mean time when you finish hearing all options, give it about 2/3 seconds then press the option you want, try pressing a few times & this seems to work. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused**
